Join us for an exclusive evening as we welcome award-winning chef Jamie Scott

Winner of MasterChef: The Professionals in 2014, Jamie has since become one of Scotland's most celebrated chefs, known for his innovative approach to modern Scottish cuisine.

Inspired by the captivating Garden Futures: Designing with Nature exhibition, this bespoke five-course tasting menu is a vibrant celebration of Scotland’s finest seasonal ingredients, brought to life with Jamie’s signature flair.

Menu:

Snacks

  • Fresh pea & spinach falafel with harissa
  • Tartlet of cured sea trout & beetroot


Bread

  • Focaccia & charred flatbread
  • Accompaniments: seaweed butter, broad bean hummus & lemon verbena oil


Starter

  • Denhead Farm asparagus
  • Served with date-scented labneh, marinated quail egg & za’atar spices


Main Course

  • 12-hour braised Highland lamb shoulder on Persian jewel couscous
  • Finished with sheep’s cheese & roasting juices
  • Accompanied by ratatouille tartlet with red pepper condiment

  • Fig leaf custard tart
  • Paired with poached fig, whipped crème fraîche, toasted pistachio & honeycomb
